With a long flight still ahead, this migrating Nashville Warbler is getting some dinner and doing a little yoga stretching so he's limber enough to get down to Mexico.

I haven't seen any migrating birds only our local boys disappearing;Hummingbirds and Indigo Buntings. The Canadian Geese population seems to have increased.

A really laid back pose. I don't know much of bird watching, but this looks like a very good shot even technically.
