The Michigan Avenue Bridge is 90 years old today. Of course there was a celebration: cake and free admission to the Bridgehouse Museum (that I didn't know was there despite passing it many times).
These are the four bridge towers of the "old girl".

Beautiful shots. It's hard to believe it's 90. It still raises and lowers like new!
I love the frieze's on the bridges, but they're starting to show the effects of the elements. It's amazing they're 90!
